As a qualified Yoga instructor, teaching Hatha yoga sessions in and around Dagenham in East London, my classes offer an artful blend of movement, stillness, breath and awareness. My slow flow body balance classes focus on mindful movement bringing the connection of body and mind together with attention to correct alignment, and listening to your own body and its needs. I use aromatherapy to promote a calming and relaxing environment for my students by mixing different essential oils in a diffuser each class to enhance emotional and mental wellness. Each of my unique classes adds to wellness on and off your mat.
