Our goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while receiving guidance.

dad with young child - spd parenting coaching

As parents, we all want the best for our children, but it’s not always an easy job. There’s no instruction manual, no performance evaluations, and no one-size-fits-all approach. It’s natural to feel overwhelmed or unsure at times, and seeking professional advice can feel daunting. But it’s important to remember that you’re not alone. Our goal is to provide a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, receive guidance if you want it, and make the decisions that are right for you and your family.

At the heart of our approach is the belief that there is no one right way to be a parent. However, there are steps you can take to strengthen your family relationships and promote your children’s well-being. Whether you’re dealing with behavioural challenges, communication issues, or other concerns, we’re here to help you navigate the ups and downs of parenting with confidence and grace.

Through our parent and carer service range, we aim to help parents achieve balance in their lives, so they can model healthy behaviours and habits for their children. We understand that being a healthy and balanced mum has a positive impact on the development of our children. When mums are thriving, their families thrive too.

Coaching Sessions For Parents

360 Coaching Sessions

Our 360 coaching sessions are designed to provide personalised support to help mums identify their strengths and areas for development, set achievable goals, and develop a plan to reach them. We believe that when mums have a clear vision and plan for their lives, they can be more present and engaged with their families. In addition to our coaching sessions, we also offer parental strategy sessions where we work with mums to create a customised plan for their unique family situation.

Parenting Strategy Sessions

Our Parenting Strategy sessions are informed by The Balance System, a science-backed approach that supports parents in moving away from traditional methods of discipline and punishment. Instead, we focus on connection and collaboration, which helps to improve social and learning behaviours in the home. The Balance System recognises that behaviour is a window into a child’s emotional state, and we use this understanding to support parents in nurturing their children’s emotional intelligence.

Coaching and Tuition for Children

Empowering, Encouraging, Educating

Personal development starts with self-belief, enjoyment, and the confidence to keep trying. As children, we naturally develop the strength and stamina to keep going even when we stumble. Unfortunately, over time, this resilience can fade as the fear of failure and judgement sets in, leading to self-doubt. At our coaching center, we firmly believe that everyone is always doing their best with the resources available to them. Our goal is to help every child and adult develop the tools they need to succeed and walk through life with confidence.
